Order fulfillment time

Order fulfillment time

The order processing time may vary depending on the type of goods. We always strive to ship all products as quickly as possible. In the case of payment by bank transfer, the goods are dispatched once the payment has been credited to our account.

Shipments are delivered by courier companies – the delivery time depends on the carrier, the type of shipment, and the recipient's address. Usually, delivery takes 2–7 business days.

Note: For payments made by online bank transfer, the delivery time is extended by the time needed to process the payment.

Due to circumstances beyond the seller’s control, the delivery or order fulfillment date may change. In such cases, the buyer will be promptly informed. Delivery delays caused by reasons outside the seller’s control do not entitle the buyer to refuse delivery or make other claims. If non-delivery of the goods occurs due to the buyer’s fault, the next delivery will be made at an additional cost paid in advance by the buyer, unless otherwise agreed as an exception.

Please make sure to read the information provided on the website before making a purchase.
